In our founder center you can also benefit from a 3-year rent exemption* (utilities not included).

It is our goal, to implement your business idea from the early research, through the pilot product development right up to the product launch. We can provide the necessary premises as well as an infrastructure tailored to your needs.

After a maximum of 8 years in our incubator, companies, wich have thus been best prepared for the challenges of the market, make space for newly-founded companies and continue their way on competitive terms.
